I’m a mortgage and real estate professional with over four decades of experience structuring creative deals across nearly every asset class imaginable—from residential homes and multifamily properties to ranches, office buildings, and even private islands. With 36 years as a licensed Realtor and 40+ years in the mortgage industry, I’ve helped investors navigate complex financing on everything from construction loans to cannabis facilities. My edge comes from deep industry knowledge, integrity, and the ability to find solutions where others see obstacles.
Outside of work, I’ve been married for over 40 years, am a proud father of two daughters and grandfather of five, and the founder of Soaring Over Sixty, a platform dedicated to thriving beyond 60. I’m also an adventure racer, cowboy poet, photographer, and creator of The Just Passing Wind Tour, a musical-comedy show that brought laughter and insight to audiences nationwide.
